Shipping Fee
For the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European Countries, We sell digital services (videos are sent via email), so there is no need for actual delivery. Once the video is completed, the customized video can be sent directly to the email address provided by the customer.
Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order can be changed or cancel within 24 hours.
After this 24 hour period, the order can't be changed nor cancel.

Processing
